The CPR Girls follow the American Heart Association (AHA) curriculum. All cards issued are valid for two years, and students will receive their e-card via e-mail by the American Heart Association after completing the course.

FAQs
How do I prepare for my class?
Once you complete your registration there is no class prep required. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. Your course will contain a live-trained portion followed by a skills check and a written quiz, ensuring that your card is AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certified.
When will my certification expire?
Your CPR certification will last for two years. OSHA and the AHA require you to renew them to continue providing CPR.
Can anyone take these courses?
There are no requirements to take one of our classes. Click for class descriptions.
What do I have to do to earn the CPR certification?
To receive your full CPR certification, you must attend a course, finish a skills check, and pass a written exam.
How long do the CPR classes last?
Full certification class times are approximately 3 hrs.
Re-certification class times are approximately 2 hrs.
Hands-on check-off take approximately 30 minutes.
